 Q: What are your operating hours? 

A: We are a home-based business that largely operates online. We do not have fixed operating hours, but you can expect a prompt response as long as we are awake :)


 Q: What are the modes of payment if I purchase from 

A: We accept the following modes of payment: 

  • PayNow

  • PayLah

  • Bank Transfer

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)* 

* For card payment, you may visit our store on Shopee and Carousell.
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).


 Q: What is your return policy?

A: All products come with warranty coverage by the original manufacturers unless otherwise stated. Nevertheless, if you find an issue with your item upon receipt, do reach out to us and we will make the necessary arrangements.

** Do note that manufacturers do not cover defects arising from accidental/water damage or mishandling.


 Q: Who are your delivery partners?

A: We provide free shipping on all orders, either via SingPost SmartPac (for smaller packages) or J&T Express (for medium to large packages).

 Q: When will my order arrive?

A: You can expect to receive your order within the next 1-3 workings days. However, do expect some delays during peak period such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, etc. 

We understand that some of you may require the items urgently or can only accept the delivery within a certain time frame. Please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to assist you with making alternate arrangements.

 Q: Where do I self collect? 

A: If you would like to collect your orders personally, you may contact us to make arrangements.
