Q: What are your operating hours?
A: We are open 12pm-8pm from Mondays to Sundays.
(Note: Public Holidays and Eves may differ, please check with us before dropping by)

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All products come with warranty coverage by the original manufacturers unless stated otherwise. Nevertheless, if you find an issue with your item upon receipt, do reach out to us and we will make the necessary arrangements.

DELIVERY AND SELF COLLECTION
Q: Who are your delivery partners?
A: We provide Free Shipping on all orders.
For Orders Below $50: SingPost Normal Mail (Free upgrade to J&T Express if items are too big)
For Orders Between $50 to $650: SingPost SmartPac/J&T Express (1-3 Day Delivery)
For Orders Above $650: 6-Hour Same-Day Delivery (Cutoff at 3pm)
Other Delivery Method: 2-Hour Same-Day Delivery (Cutoff at 6pm) [Additional fees apply]
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: You can expect to receive your order within the next 1-3 working days. However, do expect some delay during peak periods such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, etc.
A: For Same-Day Delivery, we will ship out your orders on the same day within 6 - 7 hours if the order is placed before 3pm. For orders placed after 3pm, your order may be delivered the next day instead.
Q: Where do I self collect?
A: We are located at Work+Store (Aljunied), 71 Lorong 23 Geylang #03-21.

Q: How do I get to your store?
A: Our store is conveniently located opposite Aljunied MRT (EW9)
From Aljunied MRT, take Exit B, cross the overhead bridge, turn right and you should see our building right in front!
Parking is available at level 1 (10 mins grace period)
Alternatively, there is street parking available next to our building (L0032)
