A: We are open 12pm-8pm from Mondays to Sundays.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All products come with warranty coverage by the original manufacturers unless stated otherwise. Nevertheless, if you find an issue with your item upon receipt, do reach out to us and we will make the necessary arrangements.
**Do note that manufacturers do not cover defects arising from accidental/water damage or mishandling.

Q: Who are your delivery partners?
A: We provide Free Shipping on all orders.
For Orders Below $50: SingPost Normal Mail (Free upgrade to J&T Express if items are too big)
For Orders Between $50 to $650: SingPost SmartPac/J&T Express (1-3 Day Delivery)
For Orders Above $650: 6-Hour Same-Day Delivery (Cutoff at 3pm)
Other Delivery Method: 2-Hour Same-Day Delivery (Cutoff at 6pm) [Additional fees apply]
