We have a case-by-case refund policy. Every refund request will be reviewed by Melashoppe, and different actions may be carried out based on the situation. Depending on the case itself, we may allow refunds or returns of the item, or even 1-to-1 exchange of product.
To request for a refund or exchange of item, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or you may WhatsApp us at: 88433812. Alternatively, you may also use the online website chat to reach out to us.
If your refund request is accepted, you will be personally contacted by Melashoppe, and given recommendations and advice to proceed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For orders received that are incorrect, such as incorrect model or colour, Melashoppe will provided a 1-to-1 exchange of the product. You may contact us via the aforementioned methods and we will proceed with the exchange process accordingly.
Products sold by Melashoppe that are covered by the manufacturers warranty may be redeemed within the covered warranty period. An invoice will be issued upon every purchase, which you may keep for the duration of the warranty period.
You may register the warranty online anytime throughout the warranty coverage period. For claiming of warranty, you may refer to the instructions provided by the manufacturer on warranty claim procedures. Melashoppe itself does not cover the warranty, for warranty claims, please refer back to the manufacturers.
Upon approval of refund or exchange request, you may drop by our physical store at Aljunied for the appropriate procedure. Alternatively, we may arrange with you other methods of product refund or exchange, such as meetups, or if necessary, shipping the product back to us, and once received, the correct product will be shipped back or the refund will be issued.
